License Agreement
Standard EULA applies to all Maxy Apps software. By downloading or using any of our applications, you agree to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
Our apps are licensed, not sold, to you for use only under the terms of this license. We reserve all rights not expressly granted to you.
Subscriptions & Payments
Subscriptions are managed via the Apple App Store. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Managing Subscriptions: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings after purchase.
Free Trials: Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our software
- Use our apps for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Distribute, license, or sell our software without permission

Our apps are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that our apps will be error-free or uninterrupted. For Mint Money Tracker specifically, the app is intended for personal budgeting purposes only and should not be considered financial advice.
